At Coconuts Direct, we're committed to making it easy and affordable to receive premium organic coconut products.

Free Ground Shipping

We offer FREE standard ground shipping to commercial business addresses within the contiguous United States. Commercial addresses include business locations that our shipping carriers do not classify as residential.

Residential Deliveries

Orders shipped to residential addresses are subject to additional shipping charges. If your shipping address is determined to be residential, we will contact you before processing your order to arrange payment for the additional shipping cost.

Alaska, Hawaii & International Orders

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other international destinations require a custom shipping quote. Please get in touch with us before placing your order.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders received after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be considered received on the next business day for processing purposes.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight, depending on the size and destination of your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is typically 2–7 business days after shipment within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
